PRICING INFORMATION

Monthly Retainer

The monthly retainer is our on-demand, partial cycle model, where we deliver a sourced, screened, qualified talent pool. Clients can choose any combination of sourcing: position intel and research, full or partial lifecycle recruiting. This is a good choice for clients who need talent pipelining, sourcing support, and/or research but may not need assistance with the full life cycle of recruitment. This model can be applied to current openings or to support a pipeline of potential candidates for proposals and future opportunities.

Hourly Full-Life Cycle

This model is designed for clients who want us to find their hires in a full life cycle Recruiting Service and prefer to pay by the hour. This model is good for clients who are averse to up-front fees and long term commitments but would still like Outsourced Resource to work the full recruitment life cycle. (This is the model used by 85% of our government contract clients).

Hourly Plus Fee Model

This model allows for the client to pay a lower upfront hourly rate and pay a fee if the candidate is selected and hired. This model includes the majority of the full life cycle recruiting service but is more focused on a few specific “hard to fill positions” where the client wants Outsourced Resource to find talented qualified candidates. (Currently this model is used by two of our clients who are small businesses or have fewer openings.)
