E-Learning Specialist
Location: Baltimore, MD

Description:
Support an innovative learning technology strategy to improve performance and learning engagement with existing Corporate Accounts. Support the learning management system to create client portals, support onboarding, and provide internal and external support. Assist in online course creation and product delivery for global clients.
Responsibilities:
Company LMS Management- Corporate Accounts:

Support the successful operation of Company for Corporate Accounts to increase adoption, usage, and renewals of its clients and internal stakeholders.

Develop, implement and manage effective Company onboarding.

Create client portals and custom courses: Personalization through logo branding, forums, courses, and user segmentation.

Maintain Corporate portals: Enroll participants, remove participants, add training assets and webinar recordings.

Provide support for Level 2 & Level 3 customer service inquiries including enroll participants, remove participants, add training assets, webinar recordings and manage client renewals. Manage additional complex course/reporting requests and issues.

Create and maintain Company Corporate Accounts procedures and best practice documentation.

Manage special projects such as deep linking content in client’s portal, drip campaigns, and updates to existing tools and launch of new ones.

Research and recommend new learning technology tools and resources.
Business Relationships - Customer Retention and Engagement:
-
Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and leaders to drive strong relationships through pro-active partnership.

Build relationships with internal and external clients to align goals, engagement expectations, and share best practices.

Conduct training sessions and strategy calls for internal team members for effective client support and engagement.

Train and empower client SO admins and Training Ambassadors to establish ownership and accountability.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
Experience with LMS, Authorware, social learning tools, distance learning technology a plus.
-
Experience with Totara LMS, Drupal CMS & Ecommerce Store, Zoola Reporting a plus.
-
3-5 years’ experience with using technology to enhance learning.

Experience with social learning implementation a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point

Excellent organization and time management skills.
